The fundamental idea behind the inception of this firm is to bring together a group of remarkable people who can understand the environment that we live in and how to enhance the lives of all living things that coexists.
SO studio is a small design studio based in Central Kerala with the idea of enriching the lives of people through built environments. The creation of built environments has to be in tandem with the nature so that the intrusions of the past generations shouldn’t burden the future. We here at SO studio would like to create spaces that the “user” needs rather than following some preexisting notion of building style
OUR TEAM
The SO studio was founded by Ar. Akhil Chandran & Ar. Midhun Kumar. M for their shared passion for environment and architecture. The philosophy that we follow here is to not to constrain yourself with one philosophy or ideology, we hope to bring changes in the lives of people that reside in those spaces and to create dynamic solutions that could accommodate the requirements of all the inhabitants.
